You implement what the diagnostic defined: AI agents, workflow automation and integrations with the systems the client already uses. All in production, with weekly deliveries.
What you'll do
- Design and implement AI agents for operational use cases.
- Automate workflows and integrate CRMs, ERPs and internal tools.
- Deliver every week and measure the impact of each delivery.
- Document everything so the client can run and evolve the solution.
Requirements
- Senior experience in software engineering, automation or systems integration.
- Hands-on experience with language models (OpenAI, Anthropic or open-source) and automation tools.
- Strong command of APIs and integrations.
- Focus on getting systems into production and keeping them running.
- Fluent English. Portuguese is a plus.
