Every change has a number: time saved, errors avoided, margin recovered. That number decides the next step, and it's what we're judged on, not hours.
The diagnostic and the proposal are free: we understand the operation, show what to change first, with what impact and what effort, and quantify the gains. You only pay when we move to implementation.
We don't bring new platforms or licences of our own. We organise the operation inside what the company already uses and add only what's missing, with AI where it removes repetitive work.
If a deadline isn't realistic, or the problem described isn't the real problem, we say so. Clearly and with alternatives, because that's what helps you decide well.
We don't create dependency. We document, train the team and leave when the system works without us. It's the best sign the work was done well.
