You lead the diagnostic of the client's operations: how work gets done today, where time is lost and where AI can create real value. Then you simplify and redesign the processes and support the teams until the new process is part of everyday work.
What you'll do
- Run diagnostics with the client's teams: interviews, process mapping and data analysis.
- Simplify and redesign processes before any tool is chosen.
- Quantify the gains that support the proposal.
- Support adoption by the teams and measure whether the solution is being used, not just installed.
Requirements
- Senior experience in process, operations or transformation consulting.
- Ability to turn business problems into clear processes and requirements.
- Change management experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI applied to operations.
- Fluent English. Portuguese is a strong advantage, as you'll work directly with client teams.
