About the Role
You will build AI agents and automations that run in production for real clients. This isn’t about POCs. This is about code that decides, writes, integrates, and delivers—every single day.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deploy AI agents (LLM + tools + memory) for operational use cases.
- Integrate third-party APIs (CRMs, ERPs, internal tools) with automated workflows.
- Develop RAG pipelines, light fine-tuning, and model evaluation systems.
- Work head-to-head with clients to map processes and convert them into scalable systems.
Prérequis
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficient in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
- Familiarity with vector DBs (pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant).
- Product mindset: ship it, measure it, iterate.
