About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager who lives for delivery — not bureaucracy. You will coordinate AI, automation, and product projects for SMEs in Portugal, Spain, and France. Speed, clarity, and zero theater.
This isn't managing Gantt charts. It’s ensuring that engineers deliver, clients stay happy, and the system runs itself by the end.
What you'll do
- Lead 4–8 parallel projects: from diagnosis to go-live and handover.
- Translate client requirements into weekly sprints with the technical team (engineers, designers, ops).
- Keep clients informed — short reports, clear decisions, zero noise.
- Identify blockers early and unblock them without escalation.
- Ensure documentation, testing, and clean Handover at the end of every project.
- Use AI in your own workflow (summaries, follow-ups, automated status reports).

Prérequis
- 3+ years managing digital or software projects (agency, consultancy, or in-house).
- Fluent English; Spanish or French is a strong bonus.
- Comfortable with a technical stack (you understand APIs, integrations, automation — no coding required).
- Excellent written communication — you will write a lot (briefs, status, recaps).
- Owner mindset: the project is yours until it is running in production.
- Bonus: experience with Generative AI, automation (n8n/Make/Zapier), or SaaS products.
