    Speed isn't improvisation.
    It's method.

Everyone promises speed. Almost no one delivers it. Because true speed doesn't come from people working longer hours — it comes from a clear method that avoids the pitfalls where projects get lost.

Five phases. Weekly cycles. Deliveries in production from day one. No theatrical kick-offs , no endless discoveries .

    Application + 48h response

    What happens

Submit your application using our form. We read everything. Within 48 business hours, we respond with one of three things: let's talk, it's not the right time yet, or we're not the right fit.

    Why it exists

Because our first responsibility is not to waste anyone's time. Yours, on calls that won't lead anywhere. Ours, on conversations with people for whom we are not the right fit.

    What it delivers

Clarity. Within 48 hours, you'll know if it makes sense to proceed.

    № 0203 · What you won't find here

In contrast, what other methods have
    and ours doesn't.

    01
    "Kick-off" weeks

Most agencies spend the first three weeks in introductory meetings. With us, in three weeks, we've already delivered the first thing.

    02
    Eternal "discovery phase"

Anyone who needs six weeks to understand what the client wants hasn't understood what the client wants.

    03
    "Validation phase"

Validation happens in every cycle, with real things delivered. Not in a separate phase, with workshops and sticky notes.

    04
    Single, dramatic "go-live"

We work in production from day one. Everything we deliver is live, tested, and usable.

    05
    Disguised mandatory retainer

When the system is stable, we leave. If you want to keep us for continuous evolution, that's your decision, not a contractual trap.

    № 0304 · Principles guiding each phase

    Four rules we always apply.

    01
    01

    Something delivered every week

No exceptions. If a week passes without visible delivery, we've failed.

    02
    02

    Decisions in hours, not days

When a decision needs the client, it's requested clearly. When it's ours, we make it. No email ping-pong.

    03
    03

    Documentation as it's built

There's no "documentation phase" at the end. Everything done is documented as it's done.

    04
    04

    Painful honesty when needed

If a request doesn't make sense, we say so. If a deadline is unrealistic, we say so. You'll hear uncomfortable truths. It's the service we provide.

    № 0405 · How we measure success

    Three metrics that never fail.

    Time to first delivery
    < 30 days

Measured in days. Ideally under 30 from signing.

    Cycle speed
    1 week

How much time passes between each visible delivery. Max two.

    Autonomy post-departure
    100%

When we leave, the team can maintain and evolve without us. If not, we've failed.

    № 0506 · Frequently asked questions

    FAQ.

01Do you always work in weekly cycles? What if our project doesn't allow for that?+
Almost always, it does. The weekly cycle isn't a religion; it's a tool. If a project requires two-week cycles, we do two-week cycles. The principle is the same: short, visible, measurable cadence.
02What happens if we change our minds halfway through?+
It happens, and it's normal. The method is designed precisely for this. Since we deliver in cycles, a change of direction costs one cycle, not three months.
03Will we have meetings every day?+
No. We primarily work asynchronously, via Slack or an equivalent tool. We meet when there's a decision to be made. Ideally once a week.
04Can I participate more or less in the cycles, according to my schedule?+
Yes. We define at the start which people from your team need to be involved and at what times.
05What if we don't meet deadlines on our side (approvals, decisions, content)?+
We communicate early. We reschedule without drama. But we always state the impact: each day of client delay is a day of delay in delivery.
