    We Are.

There's more value in clearly stating what we are not than in promising everything. Use ← →, horizontal scroll or click a tag.

    01 · Factory

We are not a traditional factory.

    ↳ Why

We don’t sell hours. We don’t sell retainers to fill time. We don’t make 80-slide presentations to justify the monthly invoice. If you want to pay 5,000 euros a month for 8 Instagram posts and a report saying engagement went up 2%, there are hundreds of factories for that. We sell systems that work, and we measure ourselves by what we deliver, not by the hours we report.

    02
    Consultancy

We are not a strategic consultancy.

    ↳ No PowerPoint

If you want a four-hour meeting discussing frameworks, leaving with a 2x2 matrix and the feeling that “now, this is it,” we are not the right fit. Traditional consultancies sell feeling good. They sell PowerPoints that gather dust. They sell the illusion that thinking hard about a problem is the same as solving it. We don't arrive with PowerPoints about the future of your industry. We arrive ready to execute on day one.

We are not a company of “eternal studies” and “diagnostics”.

If you want to pay 40,000 euros for an Excel with 200 lines of “strategic initiatives” that no one will implement, there are those who do it. You'll receive a beautiful, bound, hardcover book that no one will open. We do short diagnostics, in two weeks, and immediately move into execution. Our deliverable is not the report. It is the transformed company.

    We are not a software.

You won't get a login for anything. You won't have to learn a new platform. You won't be dependent on a monthly license that grows with the team. We build the operation within the tools you already have, with AI underneath doing the repetitive work. When we leave, the company continues to operate without our licenses to pay.

    Digital Transformation

We are not a “digital transformation” company.

    ↳ The present

That term lost its meaning in 2018. Today it's a label for those who have nothing else to sell. It's what you put on LinkedIn when you don't know how to explain what you do. We are in a new era, where AI is at the center of everything, and where speed is the only sustainable competitive advantage. We don't do transformation. We build, at the pace that current technology allows.

    06Slow

    We are not slow.

    ↳ Tic-tac

If your expectation is a weekly meeting for six months to deliver what should be delivered in three weeks, we will both be frustrated. We work in short cycles, with frequent deliveries, and we take responsibility for deadlines. If this sounds intimidating, it's because most of the market has normalized working poorly.

    07 · Diplomatic

    We are not diplomatic.

    ↳ Honest

If you want a vendor who always says yes, who accepts absurd deadlines to close the sale, who doesn't challenge wrong decisions to avoid friction, you won't like us. We'll tell you when the brief is poorly thought out. We'll tell you when the problem you describe isn't the real problem. We'll tell you when the tool you want to buy is a bad idea. For those who prefer to be flattered, there's a market for that.

    Boutique

We are not an "innovation boutique".

    ↳ Real

We don't have a coworking space with ping-pong where we take clients to show we're disruptive. We don't do three-day design thinking workshops with colored post-its. We don't have a Chief Happiness Officer. We have people who write code, configure CRMs, train AI agents, and deliver things that work.

We are not a freelance marketplace.

    ↳ In-house

We don't take your brief and dispatch it to an Indian on Upwork. We don't have an army of juniors learning on your project. The people who work with you are individuals with real experience building companies, fluent in AI, hired and trained in-house.

    Cheap

    We are not cheap.

    ↳ Worth

If you're looking for the lowest quote, we'll lose out. There's always someone willing to do it for a third of the price. You'll get a third of the quality. We charge what we charge because we deliver in weeks what others deliver in months, with a quality that others can't achieve even with more time. If you only compare prices and not results, we're not the right fit for you.

    1111111111
    Eternal

    We are not eternal.

    ↳ And exit

We are not here to create dependency. We won't build the system in a way that makes you need us forever. We won't hide documentation to guarantee next year's retainer. We build to leave. When the system works without us, it's the best sign that we've done a good job. And we leave.

    ⚠ warning · item 12Status quo

We are not for companies that don't want to change.

    ↳ Real change

If the company says "we want to innovate" but what it really wants is to do the same old thing with a new layer on top, we'll clash. Real change implies discomfort. It implies admitting that current processes don't work. It implies teams learning new things. It implies founders losing direct control over operational details. For those not ready for this, no vendor will solve it. Not us, nor anyone else.

    We are not for everyone.

    end · 13 of 13 · For everyone
    ↳ It's okay

And that's okay. We work best with people who want to hear the truth fast, decide fast, and execute fast. If you prefer the comfort of "how it's always been done" → keep doing it how you've always done it. It will work until it doesn't. And when it stops working, it might be too late.
